  1. My order has been placed succesfully?

    If you have received the order confirmation email, your order has definitely been successful. Check your spam folder in your email to eventually make sure that the confirmation email is not been classified as spam. For any further questions on your order please contact the email [email protected]

  2. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

    You can enter it once added to the shopping cart before clicking on ' Proceed to payment‘: enter the code, click on " apply coupon“ and you will see the discount applied to the final price .

  3. Non riesco ad aggiungere un prodotto a carrello

    If you can not add a product to cart, the product is probably no longer available . If you can find the item in the 2016 catalog ( you can view it here) probably it will be available soon . Write an email to [email protected] to get an indication of when it will be available again

  4. My payment by credit card wasn’t successful

    We currently accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa ; Postepay cards and Visa Electron that are not enabled to online payments are not accepted.
    In cases of purchase of goods with payment through Credit Card, together with the completion of the online transaction , the reference bank will authorize the credit for the amount of your purchase. Make sure that your card is enabled to online payments and when confirming the order wait for the confirmation email without clicking further as long as the procedure is not finished. Please not that sometimes the procedure can take several seconds.

  5. I want to place an order as a gift

    If you want to place an order as a gift and want to make sure that the person receiving the gift won’t receive any payment details, please write to [email protected].

  8. I received a damaged good

    Please get in touch with [email protected] and [email protected] by attaching to your email a picture of the article, if possibile. Our customer care will arrange a replacement or a refund for your order.

  9. How can I return one ore more articles I received?

    Please first contact [email protected] and specify the reason for your return, then proceed with the return to our warehouse following the address given by our customer care. Once we have verified the arrival of your order at our warehouse, we will get in touch with you to organize a replacement or a refund of the returned items.

  10. What are the delivery times?

    Trudi will deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 7 working days from the payment.
    In case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be processed only when the payment will be registered.
    Our courier DHL will receive your articles within 48 hours from the placement of your order. Once taken charge of the order, DHL will send an email-notification with the expected date of delivery. This email will contain a link to track the shipment of the package. DHL will make two delivery attempts.
