The organisation of production, creative designing, development, prototyping, engineering, quality control, logistics and distribution are performed at the Trudi headquarters in Tarcento. The actual production process is exclusively assigned to selected external companies. The main companies are located in Asia: they have all proved to be in line with the Trudi business policy and product philosophy. The company's main focus on quality and production has been ensured by the establishment of a branch that is directly controlled by Trudi Spa, located in Hong Kong, whose primary function is to supervise Chinese work and ensure it complies with high Italian standards.

The company's suppliers are obliged to sign and apply a professional code of conduct based on the following principles:

Employment of qualified workforce, paid according to the country's regulations (thus employment of children, and any kind of discrimination, whether political, racial or religious, are excluded and forbidden);

Application of working hours in compliance with the country's regulations;

Guarantee of a healthy and clean working environment, equipped with modern machinery and fire emergency services (push-bar doors, extinguishers and emergency exits).

All Trudy soft toys can be machine-washed using a delicate programme at a max temperature of 30° C and non-aggressive detergents (neutral soap).

It is very important to dry them in the open air and not with an electric dryer or hairdryer.

Only caution: it is best to protect the eyes and nose (that is the plastic parts) with adhesive tape, to prevent any scratches when in the drum.

Once they are dry, the soft toys need to be brushed with a soft brush, or they can be "shaken" by holding them upside-down, that is with their head down and feet up.

Do not dry clean, do not use chemical solvents, stain removers and do not iron.

For large items or toys containing bells or carillons, we recommend washing by hand with a sponge soaked in soap (neutral soap for delicate garments) and water.
Rinse carefully and leave to dry at room temperature.
